What should be checked before ordering?
| Part number | 612600060131 |
| Component | Engine coolant water pump |
| Fitment evidence | Engine nameplate, pump markings, drive interface, ports and gasket |
Photograph the Weichai engine nameplate and the removed pump.
Compare the pulley, gear or hub connection and rotation.
Check mounting holes, pilot diameter and gasket profile.
Confirm coolant inlet and outlet direction.
Overheating is not always a pump fault
Also inspect the radiator, thermostat, fan, belt, hoses, coolant condition and possible air pockets. Bearing play, seal leakage or poor circulation should be confirmed before removing the pump.
Installation and first warm-up
Clean the mounting face without allowing gasket debris into the cooling system. Install the specified gasket, align the drive and refill with approved coolant. Bleed trapped air according to the engine procedure, then check leakage and temperature stability.
