1.System Components
The system comprises a HC4900 central controller, an IC4600 display console, DAVS pressure transducers, and LWG208 length/angle sensors. These components work together to collect real-time operational data.

2.System Functions
The HC4900 provides continuous monitoring of boom length, angle, tip height, working radius, rated load, and actual load weight. When overload or over-hoist conditions are detected, it triggers audible and visual alarms. Additionally, the system automatically prohibits dangerous movements including boom lowering, telescoping out, and hoisting up while allowing only safe directional operations.
