Parts are supplied as genuine XCMG, as OEM from the same tier-one manufacturers, and as matched alternatives for consumable items. The grade supplied is stated on both the quotation and the invoice.

Send the machine model, serial number and part number, or a photograph of the old part's nameplate. Fitment is confirmed against the machine before dispatch, which avoids the incorrect-supply problem that occurs when parts are ordered by machine model alone.
Where a cross-reference exists for an older or superseded part number, it is confirmed against the machine parts catalogue rather than assumed.
Over 12,500 SKUs are held in Qingdao, including fast-moving items for emergency replacement. Export packaging is applied by part type: custom wooden cases for reducers, pumps, axles and gears, and sealed desiccant-protected packaging for controllers, sensors and monitors.
