XCMG Crane Slewing Proportional Valve and Solenoid – Type 01: Application and Matching Guide
This electro-hydraulic assembly meters oil flow in a crane slewing circuit. Matching both the hydraulic valve and its electrical coil prevents unstable rotation or controller faults.
For a faster quotation: provide the engraved valve code, coil voltage, connector photo, manifold port view and crane electrical-system voltage.
Coil Voltage, Valve Code and Slewing-Circuit Matching
Valve-body and cartridge identification code
Solenoid voltage, resistance and connector keying
Port layout, thread type and sealing method
Controller output and slewing manifold position
Where This Part Is Used
Applied to proportional rotation control on compatible XCMG cranes, where the joystick command is converted into controlled hydraulic flow to the slewing motor.
Failure Clues and Workshop Check
Jerky swing, delayed response, one-direction failure or a coil fault code may come from the valve, wiring, pilot pressure or mechanical load. Test voltage and contamination before condemning the assembly.
Installation and Handover
Flush the work area, replace correct seals, keep contamination out of the manifold and verify coil polarity or connector locking. Calibrate and test slewing at low speed first.

Buyer FAQ
Can a different-voltage coil be installed?
No. Coil voltage and controller output must match to avoid weak actuation or electrical damage.
Does replacing the solenoid always fix erratic slewing?
Not necessarily. Hydraulic contamination, pilot pressure, wiring and controller commands must also be checked.
Export Packing
Hydraulic openings are capped, the coil connector is cushioned, and the assembly is moisture-protected for export.
