XCMG Crane Slewing Reducers for 25K, 50K and 75K Models
This page covers multiple slewing reducer references used across selected XCMG truck-crane configurations. Crane tonnage or a short model name is not enough for ordering: reducers can differ in reduction ratio, output pinion, mounting pattern, motor interface and brake arrangement.

Application and Service Scenarios
A replacement may be investigated after confirmed abnormal backlash, gear noise, leakage, loss of slewing drive or damage found during overhaul. Similar symptoms can also originate from the hydraulic motor, brake, slewing bearing, control valve, hoses or incorrect oil condition, so diagnosis should isolate the reducer before replacement.
Selection Checklist
Complete crane model and machine serial number
Reducer manufacturer and full nameplate code
XCMG material number and any superseded number
Hydraulic motor code and mounting interface
Output pinion tooth count and dimensions
Mounting-hole pattern, brake arrangement and port orientation
Clear photos of the nameplate and installed assembly
Installation Notes
Confirm the specified lubricant, filling level and fastener procedure from the applicable service information. Inspect the mating pinion/ring gear condition, hydraulic circuit cleanliness and motor seal before installation. After fitting, test low-speed rotation in both directions and check for leakage, abnormal heat, noise and braking response.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order only by “25K” or “50K”?
No. Those labels cover multiple crane configurations. Use the complete reducer and machine identification.
Can two reducers with a similar housing be interchangeable?
Not necessarily. Internal ratio, pinion, mounting and motor interfaces may differ.
Should the motor be replaced with the reducer?
Only after inspection. Confirm the motor code and diagnose both units before deciding.
What photos help identification?
Send the reducer nameplate, full assembly, output pinion, mounting face, motor interface and the crane identification plate.
