MOBIL ELEKTRONIK 530.760-A00AX20-1 Steering Angle Sensor
This angle sensor provides steering-position feedback on compatible XCMG all-terrain crane chassis. Accurate axle-angle data is important for multi-axle steering coordination, so the sensor code, mounting direction and calibration procedure must match the installed system.

Identification and Signal Checks
MOBIL ELEKTRONIK reference 530.760-A00AX20-1
Connector shell, pin count and cable direction
Mounting shaft or linkage interface and zero position
Supply voltage, output signal and steering controller version
Symptoms and Root-Cause Check
Incorrect wheel-angle display, steering-mode alarms or wheels that do not synchronize can also originate in linkage play, damaged wiring, poor grounds or controller calibration. Compare the live sensor value while moving the axle slowly.
Installation and Calibration
Center the steering mechanically, fit the sensor without forcing its travel, secure the connector and perform the approved zero-point and steering-geometry calibration. Test all steering modes at low speed in a controlled area.

Buyer FAQ
Can the sensor be installed without calibration?
No. Mechanical center and controller zero must agree or the steering system can report an offset.
Is this the same as a boom angle sensor?
No. This listing is for steering-angle feedback in the crane chassis; boom angle sensors serve the load-moment system.
Export Packing
The sensor body and connector are anti-static wrapped, cushioned against shock and marked with the confirmed part reference.
