430 mm Clutch Disc and Pressure Plate Set
A clutch set is bought to solve slip, drag or vibration—not simply because the diameter is 430 mm. Disc hub spline, pressure-plate geometry and flywheel interface decide whether the repair succeeds.
The Match That Matters
Disc outside diameter and thickness
Hub spline count and shaft diameter
Pressure-plate bolt circle and cover height
Engine, gearbox and carrier model
Photos of flywheel contact surfaces
Confirm whether the quotation needs the disc, pressure plate, release bearing or a complete matched service set.
What the Symptom Really Tells You
Slip can follow worn friction material or weak clamp load, while drag may come from release travel, pilot bearing or warped parts. Oil contamination must be traced to its source.
Workshop Notes
Inspect flywheel runout and surface condition, clean mating faces, use an alignment tool and tighten the cover evenly. Confirm release clearance and smooth engagement on a controlled road test.

Buyer FAQ
Can disc and cover be mixed from different sets?
Use a confirmed matched combination.
Should the release bearing be checked?
Yes, along with fork, pilot bearing and seals.
Is diameter alone enough?
No; spline and geometry are equally important.
Packing: Friction faces are kept dry and both parts are immobilized flat.
